If you previously had access to the Pre-paid Quote and Contract area of the Foresters website, then you automatically have access to the Digital Sales Platform.
If you are a new user, then you will need to complete a User Access Form. The form can be found either in the Funeral Director Web Portal by simply logging in from the Foresters website and it is in ‘Resources’, alternatively you may contact the office and request a form to be emailed to you.
The Sales Team can do this for you. Simply email your firm’s logo and contact details – please include your address, phone number, email, website, and ABN.
Ensure you are logged on to the Foresters portal and select ‘Digital Sales Platform’, (DSP).
Select pre-paid funeral quotes and click on ‘create a quote’. Fill in the details and then click on ‘create quote’. Your quote will then be saved in your quotes list.
You can view your quote in a PDF format, print the quote, email the quote, or convert it to a contract. You can also close the quote if it is no longer active or archive it if you no longer need to see it in your list (it can be retrieved at any time).
Yes, by simply selecting ‘edit’ next to the quote or contract you wish to alter. Please note that once a quote or contract is converted, then it can no longer be edited.
This is not compulsory, however, there is the option to send yourself a blind copy and this may be beneficial should you wish to maintain a record on file.
No, you can create an online contract without having completed an online quote. Simply go to ‘Digital Sales Platform’, select pre-paid funeral contract and click on ‘create a contract’.
Yes. To complete an online application, go to ‘Digital Sales Platform’, click “create application” and then select, “pre-paid funeral”, “funeral bond’ or “prepaid funeral plan + funeral Bond from the selection menu.
You can view the application, print, email to your client, archive or send the digitally signed application through to Foresters.
The Application Form cannot be submitted to Foresters without a client signature in the signature field/s.
You can check the status and progress of your application through the tracking area on the Investment Dashboard. Also, the status of your application will show “completed”
You will receive an email back from Foresters confirming that your application form is now with our Client Service team for processing. Once we have reconciled receipt of your client’s funds with this application then the processing will be finalised, and the standard membership certificate will be sent to your office.
The status and progress of your application will be available through the tracking area on the investment dashboard.
To ensure a faster process you may scan and attach a copy of the application form and send through to our client services team on; service@forestersfinancial.com.au
Alternatively, you may send the documents via the mail taking into consideration the time it may take to get to us.
Any old quotes will always be available for viewing by clicking on the ‘show me’ option.
You may sort quotes and contracts by clicking on the ‘show me’ button.
There are various options for you to select to sort your quotes and contracts, such as draft, with client, overdue, converted, closed, archived or all.
Yes. Ensure you are on the “quote” landing page and click on the ‘export data’ button. This will export all quotes you have as a CSV file you can use in Excel.
You may wish to ‘edit’ the quote and extend the expiry or validity, or alternatively you can update the status to closed should the quote no longer be active.
Quotes and contracts cannot be removed permanently, however, the status can be changed so that they are only visible when it is required. By changing the status to ‘archive’, you will only see these quotes and contracts when you filter for them.
After selecting either pre-paid online quotes or contracts, a search button on the landing page is available where you can enter the arrangers name. All quotes or contacts organised by the relevant arranger will appear.
A calculator/conversion percentage table is visible on the landing page for quotes, contacts, and applications. This clearly shows your conversion rates for all options, i.e., the number of sales v. the total number of quotes or contracts issued.
Instalment payments may be set up by completing the direct debit request form found on page 7 of the application form in the PDS.
If you are completing the application form via the DSP, you can process a credit card payment by selecting the “credit card” payment option and entering your firm’s or client’s credit card details.
Alternatively, you may process the payment through our Westpac PayWay facility. To register to use PayWay please request a login from the Foresters Sales Team.
Credit card payments can also be processed direct by calling the via the Customer Service Team for payment to be made over the phone.
Yes. One-off or regular payments can be made directly into the Foresters bank account. Please ensure the reference field for your identification includes your full name

You have several options to choose from. One of the more popular methods is found under option 5 of the Payments section of the Application form which offers a link to a Direct Debit Authority Application. If you select this form of payment, please be advised that it is a bank requirement that this form needs to be physically completed and signed, and posted to Foresters as opposed to emailing through a soft copy IF it contains credit card details. Once received by Foresters we will complete the new business process.
Alternatively, if you are processing the application form online via the DSP, simply complete this section on the screen, no physical hard copy is required when completing this via the Digital Sales Platform.
