    Andrew brings extensive experience in high-profile Chair and Board roles and has also successfully led two of the country’s largest communications agencies, Publicis and Ogilvy, for over a decade. Andrew regularly contributes to The Australian on the future of marketing and has been the recipient of the Australian Marketing Institute’s Sir Charles McGrath Award for his significant contribution to the field of marketing.

    David has over 25 years’ experience across all areas of actuarial practice, specialising in general insurance and accident compensation. He is currently a consulting actuary with Cumpston Sarjeant and is a Director of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). David is heavily involved in the education of the next generation of actuaries as a lecturer and Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne.

He is currently the Chief Operating Officer – Out of Hospitals for Ramsay Health Care. Andrew also has over 20 years board member experience and is an active member of the Young President’s Organisation (YPO), including Chapter Chair of YPO Sydney Australis Chapter.

Prior to Foresters, Lyndon spent 15 years in the Superannuation Industry managing Finance teams to service the finance needs of some of Australia’s biggest retail and industry Superannuation funds.

    Noel has been involved in the pre-need funeral market for over 30 years, during which time he has formed business relationships and had the opportunity to gain market insight from hundreds of funeral firms all around Australia. Prior to this role he was employed at Lifeplan Australia Friendly Society as manager of their funeral fund operations. He was also involved in the formation of Norwich Union Friendly Society in 1996 where he was Company Secretary and a member of their Board.

In her previous role at GMHBA Limited (an established member-owned health fund), Siobhan was involved in the rebranding of GMHBA, the inception and brand management of Frank Health Insurance along with their white-labelling solutions. Siobhan brings her extensive all-round marketing and communications experience along with her successful development of integrated campaigns.

Eighteen of these years have been in senior IT management positions at Haymes Paint and Fuchs Lubricants (Australasia).

Neha has an in-depth knowledge of operational aspects and products of friendly societies with a heavy focus on customer service. Neha currently oversees the front and back-offices of the customer services team.

    Neha has worked across other financial organisation such as NAB and CGU Insurance prior to moving to her role within the friendly society industry.
