    Emma brings significant experience gained across executive management, human resources and change management, and relationship management. Emma joins Foresters from Rural Aid where she was Director of Philanthropy and Development. Prior to this she was Executive General Manager at Australian Unity Trustees, where she was responsible for establishing and launching its trustee company, to assist Australian families protect their assets, across multiple generations.

    Emma commenced her financial services career at ANZ Wealth before moving to ANZ Trustees where she led the client management function. She helped lead the merger between ANZ Trustees and Equity Trustees, and subsequently joined Equity Trustees as General Manager of Estates and Trusts. Emma is passionate about ensuring clients’ assets are protected and their final wishes honoured into the future.

    Emma is currently in the final stages of completion of a Master of Social Impact.

    Lyndon is a Certified Practising Accountant. He has over 23 years’ experience in Finance and has worked in Government and the Private Sector. Prior to Foresters, Lyndon spent 15 years in the Superannuation Industry managing Finance teams to service the finance needs of some of Australia’s biggest retail and industry Superannuation funds.

    Greg has extensive experience in financial services gained within regulated superannuation and advice businesses where he has managed governance, risk and compliance functions and led teams through merger and transformation change.

    Prior roles have included Risk Partner, Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary. Greg is a non-executive director of the Governance Institute of Australia.

In her previous role at GMHBA Limited (an established member-owned health fund), Siobhan was involved in the rebranding of GMHBA, the inception and brand management of Frank Health Insurance along with their white-labelling solutions. Siobhan brings her extensive all-round marketing and communications experience along with her successful development of integrated campaigns.

    Travan has over 30 years’ of extensive experience delivering IT solutions in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, information technology, Government, higher education and finance sectors at organisations including IBM and Ernst and Young. Eighteen of these years have been in senior IT management positions at Haymes Paint and Fuchs Lubricants (Australasia).

She has worked across telecommunications, publishing and financial services industries in both Australia and South Africa. She brings her strong customer focus and operational experience to enhance our client experience through seamless service and efficient, robust processes supported by technology.

    Robyn oversees our Member Services Team ensuring efficient, consistent, friendly and meaningful service to clients, referral partners and stakeholders alike.

Andrew regularly contributes to The Australian on the future of marketing and has been the recipient of the Australian Marketing Institute’s Sir Charles McGrath Award for his significant contribution to the field of marketing.

    David has over 25 years’ experience across all areas of actuarial practice, specialising in general insurance and accident compensation. He is currently a consulting actuary with Cumpston Sarjeant and is a Director of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). David is heavily involved in the education of the next generation of actuaries as a lecturer and Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
