Caroline has extensive experience in financial services spanning more than 30 years. Starting with stockbroking in London and then bond trading at UBS Warburg, Caroline has also worked in private equity with stints in strategy, marketing and performance improvement at ASX listed entities, Pacific Dunlop and Spotless. More recently, Caroline has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a wealth advisory firm, Fund Executive for a Registered Superannuation Entity (RSE), and Director of Asset Management for Carnbrea, another boutique wealth and investment advisory group. Caroline continues to consult on business transformation and growth initiatives alongside mentoring young entrepreneurs.
Caroline also sits on the board of Oxil and the Institute of Financial Professionals Australia, chairing both the Investment and Audit & Risk Committees.
